Drip Rail Channel HELP needed

Recommended Posts

Here is a picture of my original Drip Rail Channel (I think that's what they are called), There was a rubber seal glued to the top side. I already have new weather stripping that goes on the bottom channel.

Does anyone know where I can get this rubber seal and is it sticky on both sides or just one.

Thanks for your help!

After looking closer at it, to me it looks like the exact type used on camper shells.

Also, CJ's sells them in 10' rolls and they state you need 14'.

What do you all think, could I use the camper shell type or is there something special that CJ's is selling.

I went ahead a bought the CJ Pony tape, they say it's cut the exact width as the channel. Had to buy 2 rolls 10' each, you only need 14'. They said that if i didn't have the sponge block for the cowl cover, that I can take the extra tape and make layers of it to duplicate the block. Who Knows?
