MustangChuck 16 Report post Posted July 11, 2012 I want to start off by saying that "bagging and tagging" isn't my problem. My problem is remembering what I did with those tagged bags after four years and two moves. I thought I had stored the bag with the oil pump pickup tube and pan screws inside the oil pan. When I finally dug it out, I didn't find the bag in the pan. I am still searching, but my unsearched locations are getting fewer. So, can anyone tell me what oil pump pickup tube will work with this pan? I don't know who made the pan. It is a 9 quart, front sump pan for a Ford 302. It came with my 69 when I bought it in '98. It was used when the previous owner put it on, so it's very likely older than 15 years. I plan to put the pan onto a 1994 5.0 from a Mustang GT. MustangChuck 16 Report post Posted July 13, 2012 I got to digging on the Jegs and Summit Racing web sites and found this picture. When I got home, I measured the pan and the numbers match. While I am not 100% sure it is a Moroso pan, it is certainly close enough for me to use this pickup. That's the good news. The bad news is that the pickup is $46.
