engine from Torino into Mustang

Hi,

I need to know-does the engine S code 390 from the Torino GT 1969 fit into Mustang Fastback 69? Are the parametres the same?

390s & 428s (both FE engines) were available in 69 mustangs. As far as I know there's no difference, externally, between those offered in torinos and those offered in mustangs. Where needed, just specify parts for a 390 equipped 69 mustang.

Yup, they will fit. Plenty of factory 390 & 428 Mustangs running around. Its tight but they fit.

As has been said the torino 390's are the same, but you'll need the proper block plates , frame mounts and rear crossmember for a mustang installation.
