2v to 4v kickdown extension dimensions needed

Hello,

 

Wondering if anybody has done a 2v to 4v conversion and is using a transmission kick down extension (http://www.holley.com/20-41.asp).

 

If so could I possibly get the dimension as I want to try to use some of my scrap metal and build one.

my buddy has a 65 and made his own extension. im not sure of the specs but he used a long, fully threaded rod and just bent it into shape. it was kinda in a "S" shape. since it was completely threaded, he simply slipped the rod into the hole on the kick down and used 2 nuts on each side to lock the kick down in place. then another nut to secure it to the carb. you can buy one from lokar but to be honest, i was impressed how his extension came out and it actually looked good.
