I purchased a set through Mustangs Plus last year after a 7 month wait due to quality/supplier issues. Within 6 months the chrome started flaking and peeling off the metal. Now the run around begins? Pakrat 1,043 Report post Posted June 26, 2008 Never heard of them, are they all steel I assume? If so they must weigh a ton. The only 17" versions I know of are Billet, the Wheel Vintique version has been out for several years now and the new American Racing version is finally going into production this month after a 1.5 year delay. So I wonder why you are getting a run around? If they had quality issues before and this happened with 6 months it should be a non replacement issue I would think.
