front fender mustang emblem placement

I ordered some new emblems for my fenders the other day. I ground off the mounting tabs and plan on using an adhesive tape or glue to stick them on. Since the PO has covered up the existing holes when the car was painted. Could someone out there possibly provide me with measurements on where to correctly place the emblems?

The top of the "M" is 4 1/8" down from the beltline on both sides and there's a 6 11/16" gap between the rear edge of the fender and the rear most part of the badge (top part of "g" on the drivers side).
