  1. Sounds like an alignment shop needs to do a caster adjustment.
  2. I also have a 302w in my car and have fitted progressive rate KFFL-59 King Springs to the front. You can't see the top of my 235/40R18 tyres (they're tucked under the guards). If that's too low for you, try King KFFL-0. As for the rear, if your existing leaf springs are in good condition just get your local Pedders store to reset them to your desired height.
  3. I added sport mirrors to my car but didn't want to cut up the door trim so I left the controller buried in the door cavity (secured so it wouldn't rattle).
  4. Cragar recently released 14" & 15" Magnum 500 style wheels. They're chome alloy centers with chrome steel rims (and fairly heavy). There is some talk of them releasing 17" & 18" sizes in the future.
  5. Hi 390BB, I think I've seen you over on one of the Aussie sites, anyway, when the car arrives grab a pair of 17x8 AU-BA-FG Falcon wheels and try them on the back. AU+ Falcon alloys have 6" backspace, so if they fit without scrubbing you wont have a problem.
  6. I have longtubes with GT40P heads but to make matters worse, my car is righthand drive, so it's probably no surprise to you that I had to get mine custom made.
  7. The first (and cheapest) thing I would do is get an exhaust shop to fit a crossover pipe. If, after that, you're still not happy have them either change the mufflers, or add an extra hotdog/glasspack muffler to each side.
  8. The Moffat Mustang was on Australian TV last week. View show: http://www.c31.org.au/episode/episode?episode_title=Gasolene-+20th+Jul&episode=7142
  9. That's exactly what I did. As a bonus, the original radio picks up FM stations a LOT better than my old Custom Autosound radio did.

  11. Yes, in fact the rear size would also fit on the front if you want 17x8 all 'round.

  13. Grendi has them on his car: http://www.1969stang.com/mustang/forum/showthread.php?t=6384
  14. I had the same problem and just used screw grommets instead of factory hardware - much simpler and they hold adjustment perfectly.
  15. Streetking has 18x10 rear wheels with 6.375" backspace and 295/35-18 tires.
