Check the floors out you can see the rust converter turned to primer / sealer. I've been told thats all you have to do, unless its for yourself. If so and you plan on keeping the car with a top coat to match ext. paint then follow up with the epoxy sealer, that can be top coated easily by just lightly scuffing. Not hard to do by your self. Now I can finish the car out and not worry about the only rust I found on this Arizona baby!

Looks great, can't beat an Arizona rust free car. I got my 69 coupe from Texas (farmertown to be exact) and all I did was media blast the entire car and no holes. I picked up a couple 69 fastbacks and a 66 charger from Arizona that I eventually sold, but I did exactly what you did to you wife's 69 cv and followed it up with an epoxy primer. You are doing a great job, your wife is in good hands lol !!!
