*JackBurton* 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2007 going to use the roll on method of painting my mustang. I'm atleast a year away from a paint job, so thought this would be worth trying. Going with the grey and a little bit of brushing fluid to see how it turns out. The latest from the $50 paint job boys is to go with the first coat of brightside un-cut. Then use 10% cut for coats 2-4 and uncut again for the 5th coat. I not 100% sure I want to paint with an un-thinned coat so we'll see. The previous owner did a poor job of blacking out his hood so I touched it up today as well. I still need to do one more coat but it turned out ok. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
