69grandecj 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 Pakrat where did you get your new Avatar? Back on topic. Are we talking about the outer door skin or the interior door?
Pakrat 1,043 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 Pakrat where did you get your new Avatar? Um dude, that's my wife. Seriously though, help yourself to one of your choosing:http://www.freemyspacegraphics.com/Graphics/Myspace_Hot_Animations/ You might find the "Drunken Delight" sponser link at the bottom right pretty entertaining to. Both are safe and free sites by the way so have fun.
bnickel 10,004 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 sounds like an interios door panel, if that's the case there repro deluxe door panels but i've heard that some of them are not that great because they are too short or something.
Pakrat 1,043 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 I was assumed that becasue he said "skin" he was reffering to the outside panel.
indianfiremach 170 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 I actually have seen door panel skins for sale on ebay, similiar to the dash pad caps. However, as far as fixing yours goes, it depends where the hole is. I would take it to a competent local upolsterer and get their opinion. If it's not repairable, I put a new oair of door panels made by dashes direct and I'm very pleased.
69grandecj 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 I had mine redone by Gene Painter. He can repair holes if necessary. It was about $450 to redo the door panels with shipping including (but not the shipping to him). Repro panels are about $300. I heard the new ones are better. There is someone on ebay selling the repros that say they fit perfectly.
