Tail light chrome

I've got a problem that the fiddly little bastards keep comming off. I'm refering to the three lens sorrounds on each tail light. Aside from a strong glue, is there anything I can use to keep them on.

i used JB weld on mine just roughed up the lens a bit and scuffed up the inside groove on the trim so far its held fine did it about 5 months ago

i've always used clear silicone RTV. works great at holding them on and if you need to remove them you can do it without screwing them up.

That's what I did too in that write up I did several months back. The black gunk they used originally looks unsightly and it's easy to trim off any excess clear and have it be unnoticable.
