Engine Dress Up idea, what do you think?

Recommended Posts

OK so I am decided on the original open letter design, now the question is who to buy from? I assume buy searching for the part number M6582F302 that they must all be the same manufacturer but not all seem exactly equal if the pics are correct, some don't include the breather caps and some that do show with and without a tube for the hose and some don't have the clip attached for the spark plug wires. Of course I'll have to see what everyones ship rates are too. Here's what I have found so far so if anyone can speak up or against for any particular supplier?

The one and only ridiculously lowest price of $93.50:

I am very tempted to buy from the cheapest but I have never heard of this guy before. (it's the 17th item on the page counting up form the bottom)

The $105 +/- crowd:

huh uh, i gave you the idea here.

Doh, I totally mis read that part of your post even though it clearly states oil pan. I thought you were going to cut the section from a non fitting valve cover to a fitting valve cover. OK so I combined the ideas then, I still think it's easier my way though if you don't already own an extra set of 85 covers. I don't feel bad though (just stupid) since I'm letting you deal with Cheo.:innocent:

there are actually different manufacturers some are ford racing and some are scott drake. that mayaccount for the differences you mentioned. there may also be other manufacturers as well, not sure though.

Ah, I did not know that. So any one manufacturer better? Any particular dealer above that you like?
