Streetking 10 Report post Posted September 8, 2006 I'm in the process of restoring my '69 Mach 1. Where is the best place to find a clutch/brake pedal set up and a wiring harness for to convert a non-tach car to a tach car? thanks for the help, SW
69 Coupe de jour 10 Report post Posted September 8, 2006 SW, I tend to order from Year one (who has free Mustang catalogs now), National Parts Depot, and the Glazier Mustang Barn in Virginia. One of these shouls have your wiring harness. Randy
R4K 10 Report post Posted September 8, 2006 For the clutch pedal, look at David Kee Toploaders, Modern Driveline, Keisler Engineering, or Perogie. I've even seen somebody recently say they scored one off ebay, so there's that too.

bnickel 10,004 Report post Posted September 11, 2006 nobody reproduces the underdash harness for the 69/70 cars yet, so your'e only option for that may be ebay. there used to be a guy on ebay who sold reconditioned stock harnesses and even converted the non-tach harness to a tach harness. also be aware that 69 and 70 use different harnesses and they are also different between ac and non ac cars. so you would need one specifically for 69 with tach and whether or not your car has ac. if it is an ac car that is about the rarest harness there is.
