  1. I love those flares Jayru. Im a big fan of the late model mustangs that run in the Grand Am series. The Continental Tire division is my favorite. I like the "wide, low & with a wing" look. Im sooo sick of nascar & everything about it.
  2. Vaughn Gittin Jr. has admitted to being a '69 fan. You guys gotta see this new project of his,....http://speedhunters.com/archive/2010/05/20/builds-gt-gt-introducing-the-rtr-x.aspx
  3. Since my last post I've learned that the '69 rotors are 10" and the '70 rotors are 11". I was needing to know because I suspected the front clip on my '69 had been replaced with a '70. At first first I thought only the inner fender panels had been replaced because of matching '70 vin numbers. My rotors measure 11". I called Kevin at Laurel Mountain whos been great. The casting numbers on both spindles begin with DOZA which confirms they are 1970 spindles. I hope this helps others.
  4. Does anyone know the diameters of the '69 & '70 factory disc brake rotors ?
  5. Who makes the best trunk lid for a fastback ?
  6. This is what I'll be using. Plenty of zinc/phosphorus for the Cleveland.http://www.roushoil.com/
  7. I've found this site very helpful :http://www.folddownseat.com/

    Very nice car,..http://blog.virginiaclassicmustang.com/2008/08/customer-car-1969-gt-mustang-sportsroof.html
  9. These are THE very lowest cowl panel assemblys everyone has waited for. I first saw them in a new Larrys T-Bird & Mustang catalog I got in the mail today,..then also found them here :http://www.virginiaclassicmustang.com/catalog/shop/item.asp?itemid=SM8183
  10. I know the vertical side pieces are different, but Im not sure about the top piece. I'd contact a resto shop such as K.A.R. Mustang. They restore all body styles of all the early 'stangs & have a very informative website & catalog.
