  1. Hi, I am having some trouble finding the cause of this problem. I recently got my turn signals up and running with a new flahser relay. Now the right turn signal blinks much much slower than the left. I cleaned as many grounds and contact points as I could find and this did not fix the issue. I replaced the rear bulbs and still nothing. I switched the front turn bulbs thinking that the left would now blink really slow, but the left blinked the same and right was still slow. I am hoping it is not the turn signal switch, but this is my last thought. Anyone have any advice? Greatly Appreciated, Thomas
  2. Hi, I am looking for some lightly used seatbelts. They do not have to be original just in good working order. I'm slowly restoring my coupe and will get the period correct seatbelts eventually but want something a little cheaper for now just so I can drive it legally. Let me know what you have. A set would be preferred but if you just have front 3 points I will also want those. Thanks!
  3. I am in Flagstaff Arizona. How much would you want for your extras?
  4. Found the holes! Thanks for your guys help. Now I just need to find me some belts.
  5. I have the Motocraft 2150 and like it. I live at 7000 feet but do not notice a difference between any other carbs. I have only had the 2150 on my mustang but I have a 77 f150 Ranger and that has an autolite. Can't remeber the modle number but probably a 2100 since it has a 302. Both work the same if you ask me.
  6. Pale Rider: Thanks for the link that does look like a nice product and I'm glad to see it;s been proven. My car is a coupe though so might be slight changes. Maybe I'll give it a go. Tony: It's a shame you don't get to get out in your stang more. Come to Arizona, land of sunshine and heat! Mine is going to be a daily driver! :D
  7. Flanders: Thanks you for the measurements that will help a lot as my headliner is pulled tight down and not really glued to the frame like yours. I was thinking about just replacing the whole thing, although it is basically new. Maybe I'll just peel it upp a little around there and stick my hand in. I tried feeling for it and could not find it. Manley: I have heard this also. I've decided to go with the three points. Thank you for your input.
  8. Thank you both for your replies. I think to be safe I will just get both. I can not find that hole though. I know on some the hole was placed right behind the door under neath the quarter window but I did not see one there. I will have to take a better look and let you know what I find. Thank you again.
  9. Hi, I bought a 1969 mustang 302 coupe project to work on in my spare time. I am located in Arizona and am having trouble finding the seat belt laws. From what I found on the internet 1969 has to have shoulder belts in the front seats, but when I looked on the ADOT website I found that the car does not even need seat belts if it is built prior to 1973. Also, I can not find a bolt or hole for the shoulder belt, which leads me to believe it did not come standard with shoulder belts. I want to know if I need shoulder belts or if it is legal in Arizona to only have lap belts in the front. I plan on upgrading to retractable shoulder belts eventually but for now I just want something so I can drive it around a little. Any suggestions on brands would be nice too. Thank you for the help!
  10. Oh yeah good point. My room mate has a welder but I think it is a little too powerful I'm afraid it would blow a hole through it. Maybe I'll look around some more. Thanks.
  11. Looks nice. Did that come off a 1969? I am in Flagstaff Arizona. Any idea how much that will cost to ship? 80 maybe?
  12. Hi, I'm for OEM Exhaust for a 69 mustang Coupe. I've got the headers installed but have not found any exhaust set ups I like. Let me know if you've got any used or new does not matter. Thanks.
