i sold a nicely rebuilt fmx with a TCI convertor and a shift kit, and could only get $400 out of it. much more $ than that people like to upgrade to c4, c-6 or AOD

does it have all the oil cooler stuff? the right exhaust manifolds? carburetor? that stuff is worth a couple grand right there. get some numbers off this stuff.
-
its a nice looking car, but not a mach 1 , just a sportsroof by the vin. 3rd and 4th digits for a mach 1 is 05 not 02
-
it will bolt up, but the fmx uses a 164t flywheel, and your 302 may have the 157t. check your balance if you change flywheels, they can have different weights

been tinkering with it. i went to change out the sport lamp bulbs, and next thing i know i have taken the whole grill out for repainting and detailing. it still had the original bulbs in it, and none of it had been apart that i can tell. nice taking apart a 1970 ford product and have the grill be ROCK SOLID and uncracked, unlike the torino cobras i am used to. also have the cowl panel off to get repainted, and i can detail underneath also.
