ok thanks, I am looking at buying a conversion kit from a guy, the T5 came out of an 87 5.0, its got the tranny, bellhousing, clutch, pressure plate, clutch fork, cross member, shifter, driveshaft, pedal assembly, shim plate etc.. is there anything besides the pedals that wont work? im sure the cross member wont bolt up either...

Im looking to do an automatic to manual transmission conversion. I have a 69 with a 351W, I know i can use a T5 from a late model fox body mustang as long as it is from before 1993?? also, will those pedals bolt up without any modifications? Ive never done this project before so any help would be appreciated! thanks

Ok great. I already purchased those same scoops, thanks for the help! And I did notice many convertible owners go with the Shelby trunk lids like you mentioned. I have a stock 69 convertible, if I bought a shelby trunk lid would i also need to get the shelby Rear Quarter panel extensions? Will the Lid and the extensions fit or will i have to do some modifying... Thanks again for your help!

What kind of side scoops are those? They look awesome. any modifications required?
