Need pics: sportroof quarter window side view

Can someone snap a side view pic of the quarter window opening with and without the chrome boomerang trim? specifically, I'm interested in the are of overlap of the quarter panel and roof. Thanks!

I'm not sure if I can help or not. Do you want a pic with the quarter window in or out? I have replaced both rear quarters but the 1/4 windows aren't in yet.

If a pic of this would help you let me know and I will try to upload one

I need pics without the windows. I replaced my quarters and they were excellent, but this area has a bad offset where the drip rail ends at the joint between the roof and quarter panel. Even when I mock up the pieces that attach there, somethings doesn't seem right.

I would like to see how the door glass stainless edge molding fits to the quarter window myself. If anyone has photos of how things are supposed to look post them up it will guide many of us.

Got my trim kit today and test fitted a lot it including the

boomerang chrome piece. Passenger side fit perfect but like you said Manley the one on the driver side just didn't look right, it was sort of

kicked out from the roof. I don't know if this was the problem you were having or not, I kelp massaging and tweaking it and also opened up the

back hole where the bottom studs goes through the 1/4. Finally got it looking like it should. BTW the 2 studs on the bottom edge of the boomerang is the perfect size to run a # 8-32 die over and put nuts on them rather than the flimsy clips that come with it.
