WTB: air cleaner lid for 351c Shaker

I am almost done but now am looking for lid for my shaker conversion project. This should measure about 13 1/8" I think? Doesn't have to be real deal collectors item. Just a clean lid the correct size that will work. Chrome is ok as long as its close in size.

i think someone told me the lid is the same as the chrome one for the early 289.

 

i have the original lid from my 428 shaker if you are interested. it looks like that.

 

$30 if interested. i can snap some pics this weekend (and measure to be sure).

 

could also media blast it for extra $. the 289 lid (if legit) is probably your easiest approach.

this measures about 14" OD. the lip is slightly rounded so where the filter sits would be smaller. 13 1/8" seems a bit small.

 

 

 

forgot to mention, shipping is extra.

 

there are a few small dings you would probably want to correct.

I was actually measuring the diameter of my existing element. Need to see if possibly could accomodate larger one. It is definitley a 13" element though, I believe correct size for standard breather. This is a stock breather pan with conversion ring.
