Dual exhaust hanger reinforcement bracket location

I need a measurement on a 67-69 dual exhaust mustang for locating that small rectangular reinforcement plate with the 2 studs on it to factory hang dual exhaust. It is located in the transition panel near the rear seat belt bolt holes. A good measurement for me would be center of that rear seat belt hole to the small screw hole or the screw itself on the rectangular reinforcement bracket. From the underside you could get the dimension but if someone has the interior out of a 67-69 that had factory duals it would be easier to get that dimension for me. And like everybody I need it soon. Help!

My dimples aren't there as the transition panel was replaced with a repro. Need someone to measure where that dimpled point is (or the screw already there) to the seat belt bolt hole center for me please?
