TMI HEAT SHIELD PADDING Installation?

Anyone install this type 34-9104 padding before? does this padding go under the front seats? Anyone have any pictures of how the factory padding is installed? I have hushmatted the car and now need to install the padding. Any thought or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
