WTB : 69 Woodgrain Center Console Insert

I found me a console but now, all im lacking is the insert for an Automatic... Im looking for the dark Woodgrain one with the small pockets (maybe for change?) Not sure what they are used for.

Those are for the seatbelts or you can get an aftermarket add on to turn them into a cup holder. In the old days we used them to hold a pack of smokes, a zippo and some easywiders. Cell phones and ipods fit good these days.

 

Probably best to just by a new repro of the insert, all the vendors carry them.

Ive seen the ones without the cigarette holders, but cant seem to find the ones with them, excpet for the shelby. Ill keep hunting!!

Maybe the listings you are looking at just show the 70', the 70' does not have the seat belt holders, just the 69'. Virginia Classic Mustang I know shows a pic of the 69' with the hole.
