ETstang 10 Report post Posted October 24, 2009 Checking my references on the correct Ford Blue to use. I have a note that the Engine Ford Blue is a Ditzler #13352 And the Air cleaner.snorkel, valve covers, etc (when painted) are Diztler # 13358. I believe this applies to almost all Fords in the 60's ??? Can I get some confirmation or discussion Thx Dick

Swags63 13 Report post Posted October 28, 2009 Many years ago in the 1980's Mustang Monthly tested all of the available engine paints against a sample provided by Bob Perkins. The overwhelming consensus was Plasti-Kote 224. It matched Ford Corporate Blue better than any other. This included Dupli-color, Krylon, Sherwin Williams......etc. This is an answer from a post on this web site. This color matched the color on My engine perfectly.
