Front stabilizer installation

Any tips on the correct installation? I have the car on jack stands so there is no weight on the LCA's and there is alot of strain on the stabilzer links/bushings, and the front of the bar is compressing against the front of the engine. Would it be best to install this with the wheels on the ground?
