Anyone use Seafoam in their 'stang?

I have heard of the product before, and it was suggested to me by another gearhead. Anyone used it? Is it advisable for cars our age?? Mine is a 69 302. Don't know much about the engine, such as rebuilt, etc.....thanks all!

I haven't used it, but thought about it on my '00 GT. There's a bazillion threads on Stangnet on the stuff...and then there's one king thread that got them all going...here it is:

If that thread doesn't do it for you, just do a basic search on Seafoam.
