Where to get rechromed

I need to get the turn signal handle, and the convertible top hockey sticks re-chromed. Anyone know where I can send the. I am in the Baltimre/DC area. ALso the Hockey Sticls are very pitted should I clean them up before I get the work done to save some money?

you can buy a new turn signal lever for about 10 bucks, it would probably cost 4 or 5 times that to have it rechromed. they will fill the pitting on the hockey sticks in with copper to smooth them out so don't mess with them you'll just end up costing yourself more money, also the copper get's plated on too, then leveled and buffed until it's nice and smooth then it get's an acid copper dip, then nickel plating then chromed. this is best left to the pro's. i've heard good things about Paul's chrome plating and chrom masters (the guy's that OCC uses)

I will get a quote from them, did not even think of getting a new turn signal lever...to easy......silly me
