Heater/Air Condition Switch Fixable?

I think I asked this once before but thought I'd try again. - Putting my dash back together and when installing heat/air condition control unit - one of the prongs that plug into back snapped off (40 year old plastic). In any case the circuit lookes removable - it's the circuit on top of the unit for heat/air condiition switch. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
