wantahertzdonut 10 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 What disolves the glue that holds on the old weatherstripping? I'm replacing mine but I'm not painting the car, and I don't want to wire-wheel the weatherstripping residue only to remove all the paint underneath as well. Got any suggestions? wantahertzdonut 10 Report post Posted April 18, 2007 I should have guessed such a solvent exists. Available at most part stores I take it? I'll go look for some tonight.
