Dome, door, floor lights don't work?

I have a 69 Grande, the dome light, door panel lights and the lights under the dash are not working any ideas? I have checked the blubs and fuses and they are fine. Just seeing if this is a common problem.

Update, the dome & door lights will work when I turn the headlight switch all the way back. But not the floor lights. But nothing works when you open the doors.

Take a look at the door pin switches. This is just an idea; especially since you have validated that the door courtesy lights work with the headlight switch.

+1 on the pin switches. If the switches themselves are good, maybe they aren't grounding properly?
