Remove trim around qtr window?

The metal behind the lower part of trim on my 1/4 lwindow (vent window in back) looks to have a lot of surface rust. Any tips on removing the trim piece. Don't need to remove drip rails but just the trim around the bottom of window.

I want to say that there was a screw on the inside of it from what I recall.

yes there is a single screw on the inside that will be under the interior 1/4 panels. the rain gutters will need to removed in the back right over the trim piece. there are now repro trim pieces available as well, IIRC they are about 40 bucks for the pair.
