Radiator Support - Spot Welded?

Changing out my front bumper I noticed the bottom of my radiator support is rusted out. Look like it is just bolted in place - are there any spot welds in it. If not I would just go ahead an replace now. Appreciate any input - thanks

the radiator support and the lower crossmember are both welded on not bolted.

Thanks. Will tackle next winter when I pull the engine and do the engine bay. Hopefully I'll build my welding confidence up by then.
