At first I was looking at just reskinning my passanger side door, but it has quite abit of rust in the corners and on the bottom as shown in the attached pics. I can simply push my thumb through the metal in some areas. Is it possible or even worth trying to repair this or should I just shell out the money for a new door shell. bnickel 10,004 Report post Posted February 12, 2007 if you can find some good rust free doors that would be the best option, those areas are going to be hard to repair and once you have all the rotten metal removed there will be even less to work with.
