What a shame. Our cars are easy enough to nab much less in a protected trailer for pete's sake.

 

I just read an article in the new MM about a guy that had his 70 Shelby stolen over ten years ago and he just got it back. The theif swapped vins with a regular 70 and passed it off as a clone for short change. The true owner spotted it at a show in the modified crowd ( a little worse for wear) and knew it was his. He got it back and theif was caught in Cananda.

 

I always wonder in those cases what happens to the poor sap who innocently baught it?

 

Maybe this thief will find our site and try to post it for sale. wouldn't it be great if we nabbed the bastard.
