Trivia - What is this bolt for?

Ok I took my stang apart, labled the bolts and bagged them....except this one, it is from somewhere in the front end, maybe engine accesories, its special as the threads are only at the top of the bolt.....someone must know what this is for.

Oh yea it has an allen head not a normal hex bolt head

it's not a standard 69 stang bolt. it looks like a GM brake caliper bolt actually

I have removed every single bolt on mine and saw nothing like that. Bear in mind mine is a manual steer, front rear drum car, so theres bound to be differences. But I agree, looks like its from a caliper.

do you have a gm truck by any chance? it looks like a GM truck caliper bolt, possibly full sized gm car
