robbiedog 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2006 Thanks for the compliment! I hope yours won't take as long to finish as mine has. 26 months so far.........but it promises to be worth it. I get to actually drive it for the first time this week (well, first time since it's been on blocks for 14 months.......
FallujahMedic 10 Report post Posted March 28, 2006 Well, I got mine last april and have been tearing it down ever since, it's nowhere near being done. It's close to being able to be restored, but thats about it. http://www.1969stang.com/gallery/Steve-s-69-Sportsroof What made you decide on the aftermarket seats? Any fitment problems? I'd like to go aftermarket myself.
robbiedog 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 going with the aftermarket seats were just a comfort issue. I'm 6 foot 2 and the lumbar support on these mach 1 seats were non-existant. After driving for 10 minutes it kills my back, so I got better seats.
robbiedog 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 On fitment, I ordered some Recaro seats and they had the correct rails. I can give you a link if you wish. The seats fit fine.
