  1. It could be something as simple as having the u-joint grease fittings not 180 of each other, as it will cause a vibration after a short time in the driveline.

I wouldn't think this would matter if they balanced it after putting the u-joints on. Also, I tried putting it in neutral and it didn't matter if it was in gear or not with the clutch out.

  2. Ok, I was merging on the highway the other day and decided to push it and run it through the gears. I ran it up to around 90mpg and let off and pushed the clutch in so the motor wasn’t working so hard until I got back to the speed limit. As soon as I push the clutch in I get a fast vibration in the drive line and as I slow down some and I let the clutch back out the vibration goes away? What the heck could this be? Before I had my driveshaft balanced I got the same type of vibration, clutch in or out. I also know my driveshaft yoke has some wear because the rear of the trans leaks. Any ideas?

  3. I twisted my spring perches on my rear end. I had them cut off and new ones welded on and had them boxed. I also had them check the rearend to make sure the axle bearings lined up correctly. The next thing I messed up was the rear springs but I don't have caltracs, that’s on my list.
