  9. Hello, working on full restoration of a 70 fastback. About 95% done with the restoration and ready to get it on the road. My wiring looks to be in decent shape. I took all the old housing off, inspected the wires and retaped with black electrical tape. Issue. Turn on my lights and I get headlights and tail lights and dimmed side marker lights, plus my blilnker dash lights are on (right one brighter than the left). No break lights, dash lights, interior lights (with key on or off). Didn't have the car running but didn't think that mattered as long as the ignition was on? I checked my grounds on the front and back and by the dash and they seem to work - front headlights turn off if I disconnect. Thougths? Questions? I truley appreciate your time.

  11. Ok, finally got some other parts so I could check out my electrical situation. None of my other lights work except for the taillights. No headlights, side marker, liscens plate, breaklights etc.? Can't figure it out. I checked the ground by the filler neck in the back and she sparks so I assume it is good. Checked my ground by the dash and she doesn't sparK? Any more thoughts? Fuses?
  12. Thanks Jerry69, I'll check it out and let you know!
  13. Hello, new to the site and hoping for a little help! I have a 70 fastback that I'm installing a better original rear wiring harness. I got my grounds in and can see taillights however I can't get the side marker lights? I figured they'd be on when the lights are one. Any thoughts?
