Thanks for the replies, I thought maybe the direct replacement LED bulbs would be a good way to go, because that way I wouldn't have to add any resistors
-
Has anybody used the replacement LED bulbs, and if so how do you like them. Thanks in advance

emergency flashers not working
69 red fastback replied to 69 red fastback's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
Yes the horn and turn signals work, I don't think I damaged it but I guess I'd better take it back off and check it out. Thanks for the replies -

Thanks for the replies I have aready tried a new flasher and they still don't work, and yes I have tail and brake lights, everything else works except my flashers, so could it be something with the steering wheel? -

I'll give them a try, Thanks for all of the advice

Sounds like a good idea, any ideas on where to get a new one, I don't think I want anymore rebuilt ones
-
Yeah the pedal gets real hard and the idle goes up about 3-4 hundred rpm's to make up for it. It's a rebuit booster, so maybe I need a new one, yeah I've been going through fixing things on mine since I've got it on the road, so I feel your pain. Thanks for the info. I forgot to ask, can't I hook a vacume pump up to the booster to see if it holds vacume to tell if it's bad, or am I wrong in thinking that?
-
Ok, I bled the brakes again and when I drove it to test them out I noticed when I was sitting at a stop sign that my idle was higher and as soon as I let off the brakes the idle drops back down.Is this a bad brake booster or is it something else that I'm missing?

I have a guestion I hope someone on here can answer for me. I did a Marti report on my 69 mustang, it is not a Mach just a sportsroof. My question is two of the options were sports appearance group with tape stripe. What exactly is included in the sports appearance group and what did the stripe look like and where was it located. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Gotcha, thanks again

MikeStang Maybe that's my problem, I may not be getting enough pressure back to my rears, I bet if I turn the valve up that will make a difference. Thats the reason I put mine where I did so I could get to it easier. Thanks for all of the advice
-
I put mine right after the dis block right where the line turns and goes down the tranny tunnel
-
MikeStang I'll adjust my rear brakes and see if that makes a difference, and yes I'm still useing the old distribution block with the ssbc valve after that. Thanks for the advice
-
Magician Actually I haven't tried adjusting it but I'll give it a try and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the info
