ok, just learned that the heads are 390 gt and that they are the ones which come with the 14 holes, instead of the 16 like cj. Still a good find apparently.. click on and read the amusing chatter..... www.ford-trucks.com/forums/66250-c8ae-h-360-390-heads-are-they-good-ones-2.htmlpparently....

Bought an old FE engine and when I recieved it it had a set of C8AE-H heads on it. But the exhaust ports have 4 bolt holes on 2 of the ports, not just two straight across. Doesnt seem like its a home job that put the other holes in. The heads do not have the threaded holes with the plug at the top of the exhaust port on the outside like the CJ heads. Nor do they have ajustable rockers. Anybody come across this before? I was told it was from an 69 stang. The intake isnt from a stang either. Thanks

There have been a few scams up in my neck of the woods, Ontario Canada were they say the car is at another location and if you send the money they will ship it to you sight unseen. Ya right............Dont even waist your time...Who in their right mind would give you such a deal. Only deals I know are the fire sales because of divorce....

Just recieved my boss 9 engine stroked to 514 keeping the standard bore with the Tod Miller heads built by Shotgun Hemi Parts in Detroit by Eric Simone. Runs on pump gas 10.5:1 made 594 bhp @ 6000 rpm. with 640 lbs of torque. Decided to go with hydrolic roller bumpstick, so im limited to 6000 rpm. Thats ok with me for the street...The T.Miller heads are in the engine masters competition and are currently ahead in the points. Kasse still has to run his engine yet. Thank god all these goodies are still made in the USA.....

I have an excellent rear deck lid for your coupe, and some rear interior side panelsbasic steel, painted white and ones with a dark geen vynal with arm rests. A rear window, one quarter extention, not sure at the moment which side, and some other parts. Toronto, Ontario.

Gentlemen, would you please fill me in on the two adjustable vents above the radio in the dash pad of a 69 fastback. This is the first car I bought with that option.See atached pic. Dont see any AC controls anywhere. Is it just an extra ventilation? This car also has tinted windows thru out, but the passenger side got broken and I need one to repalce it. Thanks

Canadian dudes will be heading down there again. Thats a great time and lots of goodies with not alot of ground pounding to do. Would expect some really good deals this spring. Last years show, I bought an original 70 NOS Boss 429 block never used, and a set of TM Boss 429 heads and mag covers. Have Shotgun Hemi Parts in Detriot building a 514 ci, thats stock bore with a bigga stroke. Excellent guy by the name of Eric Simone. www.shotgunhemiparts.com Runs a 533 Boss on the dyno on the site..enjoy Gitem with a shotgun... Soon there will be a 390 sixpack for sale.hahahahaha

I think its been set up to be a crash. The exhaust got ripped away from the manifolds? Come on..... No front end, the hoods intact,...etc and I dont have all day to pick at it. All B.S. Im not buying it....And im not just a pretty face.LOL

Hey guys, does anyone have or know where I can get measurement specs on the engine compartment. My 69 is missing the front aprons and rad support,and also has slightly caved in shock towers. I purchased all the parts I needed at the swap in Ohio last month and would like to weld everything in properly. Your help would be great. Merry Christmas to all.

Glad to hear, will bring a box for you. Ill be hanging out at the Boss 9 and 427 SOHC display table. By the way, what would be the next best front fender manufacturer besides the pricey FORD. Hate to say this, but I will be making a flip front from steel and dont want to use the mint stuff. Nor do I want the real cheap. Any sugestions..? I need the headlight buckets for the left and right too. Thanks Danny

Pulled out a power vent from another car and took everything I needed. So my questons to you techies are: There is a vacuum canister, mines rotted, they make repops or use an apple juice can? Do I have to remove the complete dash to get the new heater box in? Does anyone have a vacuum line diagram? Thanks....
