  1. They want $3500 for the 69 Grande............was running but he said they are having an issue with the starter (probably a $200 issue). Its in great shape minus a spot on the lower trunk lip by the bumper. Interior is decent, exterior is awesome, no rust! Here is what it looks like by the way! I can probably knock it down to $3000, and Im driving to pick it up in a couple weeks as long as the money hits like its supposed to! let me know what you guys think!

  2. Well, I dont have pics up front, but I did stop by where its stored and gave it a look over. Sheet metal has some cancer on the lower corners of the doors, and fender wells on all four. Pitting on the chrome, with some rust. Has the original rebuilt 351W/C-4. Interior is trashed and needs to be redone, pans seem solid, boxes are ok! I have $3K in hand as of right now! What do you think?

  3. Alright guys, and perhaps girls too! I've had 5 mustangs up till about 6 months ago. I have been looking for a 69, but found a 1970 Coupe (351W/C-4 Auto-both rebuilt and running). Car is currently in primer, needs brakes, paint, and seats reapholstered, headliner, carpet, and a few small mechanical things in order for it to be complete. Also needs new tires all around. The lady is asking $4k for it. Underbelly is solid, little surface rust. With the negatives, should I attempt to talk her down any? If so how much? Fact of the matter is, I dont have $4k to drop on her anyway, so Im asking her to split it up with half and half! ANY help you guys can give me would help out a lot! Thanks!

  4. It really depends on the car itself. Body, paint, engine, mileage, aftermarket additions. Is there anything that stands out as being wrong with the car? Last time I went on a scouting for a 69, ALL of them I found in decent shape averaged at anywhere from $4500-10K...........So shoot some pics and lets see what you are working with?

  5. Alright everyone, I got 4 mustangs now, two-67's, and two-68's in need of a new home. One of the 68's is restored in need of new carburator, and Vacuum line to transmission. Was running and driving till the carb fouled out. The others are all projects, solid, mostly complete, dashes intact, interiors intact, the 67's have no rust issues, just surface, the other 68 has rust in quarters, and like one of the 67's has grille damage. Im selling all for $10000, or selling the resto for $6800 and the other three together for $3500. Please feel free to message me at meangreen72065@yahoo, or here at the forum. I have pics of each, as well as VIN #'s for each, bill of sale ONLY for the three, my car has title, clear of lien, just needs to be transfered, as I am looking for a 69 coupe!

This guy wants only $800 for his 69. He says the trunk lid, and the doors have rust damage, as well as the rear quarters on both sides are rusted through at the bottoms. It doesnt have a motor, BUT it comes with an AOD transmission. Says much of the interior is missing. Im in the process of asking him just WHAT is missing, and if it will be worth me going to get it! Drivers floor pan needs replaced also! Tell me what you guys think!

  9. Just curious, Did someone piece it together from another car? Its a Grande, but is it a deluxe dash and guage cluster? Makes me a little curious now about a few more things. I think maybe I should get a few more questions answered before I throw money, or my Torino at this guy. Thanks guys for the help. I got a 68 GT coupe at the house thats my baby, but always wanted a 69.

  10. Hello all, Im currently looking for a 69 Mustang coupe/sportsroof that is a complete project, only V-8 cars. I have a 69 Torino GT Fastback for trade if anyone is interested, or we could discuss a little cash as well. Hopefully close to Arkansas. Thanks for looking and all info will be appreciated. The guy that has the 69 Grande Coupe is not really responsive to a deal.
