  1. Here is a new Street Bandit Handling kit for a 67-70 mustang with a small block. I bought this to run on one of my cars but ended up putting on a global west kit. Everything is new and in great shape.4 KYB gas adjust shocks, Front and rear heavy duty sway bars, PST bushings, lowering springs and all hardware. Paid 600 a year ago for it. Will sell for 400 plus shipping . I will get a picture up but you can Google the kit as well. Let me know if you have any questions .
  2. Hahaha! Damn I could stare at those as well! I put a little elbow greese to the locks today and took a picture. They cleaned and polished up well.
  3. Here are some 70 twist hood locks ive had sitting around for years. Can be cleaned up and run or rechromed to look good as new. 100.00 plus 5.95 shipping. Do take paypal.
  4. Thats what I was thinking on my windsor. Its putting down good numbers and just wanted some real world experience with whats available as well as what people are using. I am also looking at a hydraulic clutch setup but am not sure if its worth the money.
  5. Thanks for the reply. That sounds just like what I am looking for. How was the install? How much did the kit cost if you dont mind me asking?
  6. I am looking at doing a T5 coversion on my 69 Mach. It was originally a 4 speed toploader car. I was looking at the kit from cj pony but am wondering how much power it can take. I have a built 427 windsor that is making 565hp and 534tq. I would like the t5 but am not sure if it will hold up to the power my engine is making. Any options or advice would be appreciated. I would like to just get a kit to make it easier. It seems like tracking down all the parts would be a lot of work.
  7. I appreciate the replies and advice. This is exactly what im looking for is real world experience. I guess I will continue my hunt for a good door and fender. Its a shame as many people restore these cars that a company cant come through with a good quality product. To me more people would be willing to pay a little more money for something you can bolt on and dont have to mess with. Only in a perfect world haha.
  8. I am glad to hear that some people are having good luck with dynacorn parts. I have seen mixed opinions on the products and was hoping they would improve because some of the threads were a few years old. I haven't seen anything good about the fenders they produce so I was hoping someone else was producing a better fender that I didn't know about .
  9. Thanks for the reply. I have bought from cjpony in the past and they don't have ford original tooling fenders or doors for 69.
  10. Hello everyone. I have been doing a lot of searching around and have seen a lot of mixed reviews on after market sheet metal for the 69 mustang. most of the talk and threads I have seen are a few years old. I am looking for a front fender and door for a 69 project. I see people talk about original ford tooling but can't seem to find anything . If anyone has experience or advice on the best fenders and doors made I would really appreciate it. Mine are toast and I can't find any originals worth fixing around here.
