  1. Here's a link to how I degreed my cam on my 393. Hopefully it can help someone out. http://69mustangrestoration.blogspot.com/p/blog-page_7259.html Rick
  2. If you want to put your car on a rotisserie, but can't justify spending $1000 on one, here is a link what I did. This rotisserie cost me nothing. I borrowed the engine stands and used angle iron that I had laying around. Even if I had to buy the materials I could have built this for around $150. Link to homemade rotisserie: http://69mustangrestoration.blogspot.com/p/how-to-make-your-own-car-rotisserie.html
  3. Thanks man. Its been a long road, but I think I'm on the home stretch. I'm hoping to get the engine back in shortly. Maybe it will move under its own power soon.
  4. Here is a link to my 69 Mustang coupe restoration. I have been working on it for almost two years now. As usual it has taken twice as long and cost twice as much as I thought it would. I am hoping to drive it this summer. We'll see... Thanks for looking. Rick http://69mustangrestoration.blogspot.com/
  5. I got them from CJ Pony Parts. Part #BFK17. Here's a link to the page that they are on: http://sitesearch.cjponyparts.com/search?keywords=69+mustang+brake+and+fuel+line+clips Rick
  6. Here's a link to my website showing how I installed the lines: http://69mustangrestoration.blogspot.com/p/brake-and-fuel-line-placement.html
  7. Once I got under the car again I saw remnants of the old clips. Once I removed these I was able to understand what you meant by squeezing the tangs together. Thanks again for the help. Here's a link to my website with pictures of what I did: http://69mustangrestoration.blogspot.com/p/brake-and-fuel-line-placement.html
  8. Great pictures! The car looks great. I couldn't really make out where the brake line clips are located from the photos. Also what do you mean when you say to make sure that I have them through the floor before squeezing? Should there be holes in my floor where these attach? I don't have any holes where clips would attach. Thanks for your help, Rick
  9. Don't hurt youself over it. Any info will be apreciated. Thanks, Rick
  10. Thanks. If you have any pictures I would really appriciate it. Thanks Again, Rick
  11. Here is a picture of the clips that I have. I basically need the location of the clips for all of them, and for the silver ones in the top row I also need to know how they actually mount to the car. Thanks, Rick
  12. Does anyone have any pictures of the proper locations for the clips that hold the brake lines on. I am replacing all of the brake lines on my '69 coupe so I bought a brake and fuel line clip set from CJ Pony Parts, but I can't figure out the right location of and how to install some of the clips. Thanks, Rick
  13. Thanks for the info. The torque boxes on my car were installed about 15 years ago and apparently the did not come with the hole for the emergency brake. The installer should have taken the emergency brake channel from the old torque boxes and installed them in the new ones, but they didn't. So now I get to deal with it.
  14. Does anyone have pictures of how the front parking brake cable and fuel line are routed on a 69 Mustang. I went to install my rear fuel line today and it looks like my parking brake cable comes out of the hole in the front torque box where the fuel line is supposed to go.
