Have a 69 Torino with drum brakes. Bought a 69 parts car with disk up front. Is it a simple switch? Some help please!:helpsmilie:

not the solution I was lookin for.

had it rebuilt several years ago with a rebuilt torque conv. and didn't fix problem. Shifts fine and hard, but it "like" goes to neutral at deceleration at stop sign or light. several pumps of the accelerator later.........wham!!!! Off in a cloud of tire smoke. Not good if "da man" is watching. Any suggestions? I'm not a trans. man. Thanx for any help. New to site...still learning. FYI.....I have a 69 Torino GT formal top. No 'Stang...sorry. It's all good!!:surrender:
