Just bought the CD last week and installed it a minute ago. It's in PDF format. Cost me $21.99, so likely cheaper than the complete set of books. Nice thing about it is you can print a particular page(s) you need to work on a task. You can also do a word search. I would say it well worth the money I spent to have it on CD.

But, does it interact with that many circuits? For an average of $99 it must do some kind of magic! (-:Well, by replacing mine my horns worked again.

Congrats! Hope all continues to go well. So why 3 motors?

My car also broke loose that same captured nut on the hood hinge.Mine too.

Anyone else get the email from Mark Houlahan? I complained when they went to the new format a year or so ago. I even posted on their website about the lack of classic content. The January 2010 issue is supposed to return to the classic mustang format. I'll have to pick up an issue somewhere and check it out. Maybe get a new subscription for christmas if I like it.Same here. I let my subscription run out right after they changed.

It was not the norm, but some like my M-code were built with the reinforced shock towers. Mine has the normal shocks set up.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a good plan for your car.

My 69 GT convert is my daily driver. My wife drives a 2006 Expedition XLT and my daughter an 04 Mustang V6.

Replacing the heater core is a royal PIA. When I did mine, I had to remove the whole dash. Others may have some tricks/tips and you may be able to get away with removing everything on the passenger side and leave the metal dash in place, but I wasn't able to. I have A/C (not woking) and the A/C evaporator coil is in the box too, so if you have A/C, recommend you chnage that too while you in there. Good luck.

A/C drain hole is under the heater box to the left (top left of passenger side floor board) about the size of a quarter. Should be a hose that goes from the bottom of the box (box has a funnel type tube molded in it) through the hole. The box is made out of fiberglass type material and they can easily break off...that's how mine was and I had to get a new box bottom half.

No they are not supposed to be lit with the headlightsThat is correct. Just when the turn signals are on.

I prefer the blue Boss 429Me too.

I don't know much about the deluxe stuff but aren't the inner rings supposed to be argent and only the outer rings chrome if it is truly to be "correct"??????? I was also surprised to see the black plastic without the woodgrain, I thought the originals were metal?Yes, the inner rings are supposed to be argent. The bezel itself is plastic; however, the woodgrain piece is metal.

I'm installing the rear interior trim quarter panels on my vert and need to know how the metal bracket is installed on the body that the panel screws to?
Also, does the bottom of the trim panel go inside or outside of the dorr still moulding?
Anyone have pics?

I'm getting ready to reinstall my interior trim quarter panels on my convertible but they have been off so long I can't recall which screws/type go where. Anyone with pictures or can tell me which ones and type go whre?
Thanks in advance.

Most parts vendors carry the Jim Osborn Electrical Assembly Manual and a wiring diagram book. Both will come in handy. For the radiator, National Parts Depot sells a Griffin aluminum one and there's also Summit Racing and Jegs.

Looking for the brackets (2) that the rear quarter interior trim panel attaches to for a 69 convert. I have two, but need the other two that are missing.

I'm interested in the passenger side. Is the window already glued in to the frames? How much for it shipped to Honolulu HI 96818?

Nice work. Sweet summer cruiser.
