Front headlight eye brow molding

Does any one know if you have to remove the fender or fender extension to change or remove the eye brow molding that surrounds the inner head light on a 69 mustang?

I need to do this as well. I was going to try a 1/4" drive socket with an extension

It can be removed without taking off the fender or the extension.  There are access holes to all the little nuts on the mounting studs.  You have to be a bit of a contortionist for the middle ones but you can get them.  Just did this a couple weeks ago.  My hands just quit hurting!  You may have to take out the splash shield behind the headlight bucket, I can't remember if I did that or not. It's only 4 easy to get at screws for that though.
