fh_king 10 Report post Posted June 21, 2014 Hi there, I bought an original mustang 69 woodgrain dash (instrument and clock) and I was wondering if someone has a good instruction how to clean/wash and restore the wood part so it looks new and "shiny" Thanks a lot, Falko
miketyler 15 Report post Posted June 21, 2014 I haven't done it but I understand the woodgrain can be replaced with a few $ and a little DIY effort. Beyond that if yours is in good shape I have had great luck with cleaning, degreasing, and applying semi gloss clear to bring them back to life. It is a "night and day" difference on these. http://www.1969stang.com/mustang/forum/showthread.php?t=11015
