Woodgrain dash instrument and clock

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I bought an original mustang 69 woodgrain dash (instrument and clock) and I was wondering if someone has a good instruction how to clean/wash and restore the wood part so it looks new and "shiny"

Thanks a lot,

Falko

I haven't done it but I understand the woodgrain can be replaced with a few $ and a little DIY effort. Beyond that if yours is in good shape I have had great luck with cleaning, degreasing, and applying semi gloss clear to bring them back to life. It is a "night and day" difference on these.
