Fold down chrome

Here' s what I have. Lousy pics but you can tell it would need to be rechromed. Didnt they leave these off of the 69 and 70 FDS cars or was that 70 only?

You raised a intesting point Mike I went back to one of my illustration manuals and the folding rear seat diagram is for 67 to 70

As well I checked the web site fold down seat .com and it mentions there that on 69 & 70 the carpet is folded then stapled no chrome edging required.Now what im not sure about is my seat plate has holes where it was stapled prevoiusly and holes for the screws.....

Panel could have been pulled from older model. I think mine came out of a 67 actually. To your benefit, the GoodMark repo chrome trim kits include this piece with the 69-70 model so new repos are probably sitting around from those "correct" 69-70 restorations.
