69R-CODE 25 Report post Posted December 20, 2011 428 Cobra Jet motor rebuild. Due to many years of storage and missing parts, I need to replace my non-adj. shaft assembly. LindenBruce 27 Report post Posted December 20, 2011 Well, you can buy new shafts from Elgin or just about any good Mustang parts house or eBay. Same with the rockers. The problem will be your separator springs and wave washers and stands. I'm not sure if all of that is available reproduction. I have two complete original non adjustable sets in great condition. New shafts, springs, washers, reconditioned stands and rocker arms for $150 shipped. Look brand new and no core charge. Found them from recomendations on the FE Forum. Very pleased.
