1969 OEM fold down seat assy with trap door

Hi All,

 

I have a fold down seat assembly (3 peice assembly) with carpet and trim. Its OEM - will need restored, but its pretty decent. I'll take $400 firm for the 3 peice assy.

 

I also have the OEM door and its in excellent shape but it has 2 very small dents toward the side edge - absolutly no holes cut or drilled in it!! $400 firn on the door.

 

Parts need restored (paint, carpet, vinyl, trim cleanup or replacement).
