djs69stang 10 Report post Posted August 4, 2008 Unbeknownest to me my 69 had a 67 power booster which I have now replaced with a 69 pb. (The diaphragm in the 67 had tore). Is there a gasket or seal between the mc and the pb? And how do I determine the length of the pushrod between the mc and the pb? I'd hate to hook all of these parts and find out the pushrod is too short. The mc is a royal pain in the butt to get back on the pb as it is.

S code 69 13 Report post Posted August 4, 2008 There shouldn't be any gasket. the rod length adjustment spec should be in the TSM, it will be a specific length from the mounting face of the booster to the end of the rod in the retracted position.
